What is the best and most reliable online store for a super Pocket Bike? Are there any walk-in dealerships for any of the listed models? (I live in north jersey).

The "super pocket bikes" you mention are all cheap unreliable Chinese made junk that no sane person will recommend to anyone. If you want to waste you money go ahead, just don't come crying when learn the facts. There are NO "best and most reliable" stores -- on line or otherwise. They know they have a crap product, they lie about their product, they hide who they are.

I'm thinking about getting a Pocket Bike and I don't know if I should get one that takes gas or a rechargeable one, so I wanted to know how long it took to charge them...

I have this 50cc pocket bike and I'm sort of a speed demon so I've been looking into replacing the all the internals with liquid cooled internals. Will it fit? or should I just save the money and buy a liquid cooled Pocket Bike?

The internals aren't liquid-cooled. The liquid goes around the outside of the engine instead of air to keep it cool. You would have to replace the engine, but that would be a waste of time and money.
