Red Dog is right a 125 would be good fit, I would make sure the dealer is going to be around, we had 3 close by my home in the last year, makes it hard to get parts.my family has 2 Kawasakis, 2 Yamahas and a Honda. they all appear to need the same amount of Maintenence, we clean them after each ride and do all the required things to keep them up an going, we ride once a month and do hill climbs here in California.
You say you Rode before. did bike have a clutch? I’m sure you can find a good used bike in that size range as people usually move up in size as they get bigger and improve there riding abilitys so check papers and craigs list.
Good Luck
