can you ride dirt bikes on the road?

i want to get a mini dirt bike and on one web site it said when riding on the road were bright clothes to avoid getting hit by cars so i was wondering if it is legual to ride on the road in peansilvainya

Most likely your mini dirt bike will not be legal. Stop in to your local police department and ask them.
By the way, how come you don't know how to spell the name of your home state?

Well I know it’s legal where I live, maybe you could look it up or ask someone you know. If you live in the country and away from the city I’m sure you can. Have fun!
