right lets get this straight
CANDY APPLE is not a colour it is a surface finish. The colour is in the Base layer.
CANDY APPLE is clear coat that has had a proportion of paint added to the laquer and is applied in thicker coats than clear laquer to give it the same appearance of an apple dipped in hard boil toffee/candy
so you can see the object underneath.. IE like a TOFFEE/CANDY APPLE you get at a fair or carnival..
you usually use a base coat of SILVER GOLD or BRONZE or aDEEP metalic coat.
This is buffed and flatted back and sealed with a thin layer of clear coat. then the candy apple is applied
this is then cut back and sealed with clear coat...
SO you can MAKE ANY colour OF CANDY APPLE.
BUT unfortunately if it is flexible plastics on a dirt bike... it isn't going to adhere as the whole thing about candy apple is that it is a hard skin process and will flake off of flexible surfaces
References :
Here is a heads up. DO NOT PAINT YOUR BIKE.
Krylon fusion will work. But within a week your bike will look like crap. If you get an chemicals on the bike, gas, brake cleaner, chain lube, it will melt the paint off.
The paint on the gas tank will bubble, badly. Gas needs to breath and the paint will stop that causing the paint to bubble.
References :
Seen idiot kids to it to many times.

Good luck my friend. I have not found a paint yet that will stick to bike plastic. You could try to go to a auto parts store that sells paint and when you order the pain ask them to add flex additives. This will help for a while but I can tell you from experience that it will not last long. Don't waste your money on the Krylon Fusion paint. It will last maybe 3 weeks tops.
References :
there is no such thing as a black "candy" paint.

"Apple red" is a candy color that you spray over a base color (usually silver or gold).

to get a deep black color, you paint it black then several clearcoats over the black.

Krylon makes a flexabile paint for plastics...
