There is no difference, it’s the same bike! The only variant of that model is the Road Registerable (lights & blinkers) WR 426.

plastic dont matter, people usually just leave out the f when they name a bike, same thing

The YZ426F was the predecessor to the YZ450F. All YZ426’s are 4 strokes. Technically speaking there is no YZ426, it’s just a given that if you say YZ426 people in "the know" realize it is a 4 stroke so they may not say F after the model.
