That bike will only get marginally faster with gearing and race fuel but keeping it in new piston rings will help. An exhaust redo might help but cost/benefit is iffy.
The gearing is problematic, horsepower can only be spread so thin!

You want to go faster? Buy a bigger bike!

Losing some weight will have the biggest effect.

Ahhh…Greg, 2 strokes don’t have a cam dude. The pipe will make a marginal difference if the carb is jetted properly. The best way to get real performance out of a 2 stroke is through head work, porting, polishing etc. Pro circuit offers in house head modifications that make a huge difference in performance.
