I have a small Dirtbike (TTR-90) and it's fun to have it in nuetral and rev it and put it into first gear so that it pops a wheeley. But idk if that is bad for it. Is it?

On a lil bike like dat, I wouldn’t worry about it. I always did it on my old XR100 and the only thing I had to replace was the Clutch Cable. It costed 15 bucks with shipping.

if it an automatic clutch you might want to stop you want have a clutch or trans left if it want pop up when you hammer down and pull back then You need a bigger stronger bike or one with a manual clutch.

dont over rev it, but i wouldn’t worry about dropping the clutch, it will just wear a bit faster.
