Ive got an old riding mower that i dont need to cut the lawn with anymore. Does anyone know hoe i could turn it into a Mini Bike. Or if thats even possible????

I dont think you can turn it into a mini-bike, but you could turn it into a cool little go-cart.

Pull the deck and blades off it. Then change the pulley on the engine to a bigger one and get a longer belt. Or smaller rear and shorter belt. Total cost should be under 50$ for a fast mower. Don’t bother spending to much because those transaxles can’t take to much abuse.
