Big Off-Road Bike Wheels?

We need 2 strong heavy duty bike wheels for our project, the bigger the better. I’ve searched through a few different websites and it a bit complicated on what goes with what etc. Right now were looking at these Shimano Deore 29er wheels with Kenda Tomac Nevegal 29 x 2.2 tires. We pretty much need strongest biggest off road wheels available, could someone point us in the right direction.

If you took the time to specify what exactly your project is then we may be better suited to answer your question. A smaller BMX wheel like 24" will be a stronger wheel but what are you using it for?
