They are all great bikes I am sure. My son has the TTR and I like it just fine. My oldest son has a CRF 230 and one of his friends has a CRF150. I would say it just depends on your size. The 150 is a little bigger and you will outgrow these bikes pretty quick, so get the biggest you can. From a quality standpoint Honda is always tough to beat. Kawasaki seems to have the least expensive parts from what I have seen. Never really owned a Suzuki, but they are supposed to be fine bikes. Just be sure and wear a helmet!!!
References :
That's a tough call. All of the bikes you listed would be perfect for trail riding. My opinion is biased on this one, but I would be tempted to go more for the Honda or Kawi just because of the slightly larger engines and seating position for bigger riders. None of them will really disappoint though. After you get comfortable with you new bike, check out BBR. They make a ton of accesories for these little bikes and most of them are very trick.
