I’m coming up 16 in May and i’m looking for either a 50cc scooter or a road legal 50cc pit bike. I don’t mind if its second hand bikes but needs to be £500 or below. Any Suggestions?

I Think You’ll Be Hard Pushed To Find A Road-Legal Pit Bike For Less Than £500.
But If You Cud Save £650 You Could Have A Monkey Bike 50cc. Try Monkeybikes UK (google Tht Aint Sure Of The Webby Address!).
Alternatively Try Bike Trader UK
Or Ebay Motors.
The Only Major Problem With Monkey Bikes, Is That They Are Hard To See So You Have An Increased Chance Of Some Silly Car Driver Pulling Out On You.
Much Safer On A Scooter
Try A Speedfight, Kymco 50, Gilera DNA 50, Piaggio ZIP50
Just Another Thing Get All Your Paperwork In Order And Get INSURANCE!!!!! TPF&T Is The Best On A Budget. Fully Comprehensive Isn’t Really Worth It On A Scoot!!

Do not know where you are? In U.K at 16 you can only ride a Moped, no more than 50cc and not designed to rive more than 50 kmp (31 mph).
