I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t be. If they are public paths and you don’t ride it should be OK.
My grandson once pushed his dirt bike on the sidewalk to a friends. A cop even stopped him to see what was going on. The cop said just don’t ride it.

push away!!! no one can take it away! its just like walking on a path, just dont decide its too much work and start riding-this will be very tempting!

you can not push it on a path as this is classed as part of the highway if you park an un taxed car or motorcycle on the grass or path in front of your house the police will do you,
its actually illegal to push a motorcycle without a helmet on on the highway/path,
this is a UK answer
