Any tips for learning to ride a pocket bike?

We are being given a Pocket Bike /Mini Bike by a friend moving out of state... I have no earthly idea how to ride one but I am determined to learn pretty fast! Hopefully without eating asphalt too much!

Any techniques to learn the easiest?
