I have a 49cc Pocket Bike, When I pull start it, it goes fine. I mix the oil and gas and that cant be the problem, But when I ride it up and down the street it always stops and I always have to push it back. I touch the medal part of the pull starter and its hottttttt. And I always have to wait a long time for it to cool down and then start it again cause other than that it wont start when its hot. Please answer this, Thank you
I don't typically answer pocket bike questions because they belong in the toy section but anyway. Not sure what engine is in your toy but if the valves are adjustable as in a honda engine, what happens is it starts fine and once it warms up the out of adjustment valves no longer open. Get the specs and check for valve adjust. Should be pretty easy with a feeler gauge.

In radio controlled airplanes, if we have an engine that runs fine when we first start it and then taxi out for take off but dies when we go for take off, it’s a strong indicator that the fuel line has cracks in it. Try replacing your fuel line and see what gives.

its because its a 49cc, the bike isn’t big so when its ridden for a long time, it overheats, just like any other dirtbike. but on other bikes since they’re bigger they have ways to cool down.
